Shipping policy
General Information
- We work to ship out orders within 48 hours of placement. During the time of holidays and weekends, we may take up to 3-5 business days to ship orders from our store.
- If we do not have the item you bought in stock, you will be sent an email and refunded.
- Tracking for your order is emailed once your order is shipped! Updates are available typically within 24 hours of the shipping date.
- Please feel free to contact us for any unexplained delays in your delivery. We are always happy to help!
- If you wish to reship an unclaimed or undelivered package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Any unclaimed, undelivered, or refused package will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded.
- We are not responsible for any lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. If your package has been delivered, please check with neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by accident.
Shipping Rates
Our business days are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday's from 10 AM to 3:30 PM! This does not include national holiday hours!
- Both $6.00 Flat Rate shipping on orders under $100 and Free Shipping on orders over $100 will have an estimated delivery time of1 week.
- Both options will ship with the most economical shipping method, which can include but is not limited to USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Paid shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
